YOUR PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026
Your trust matters to us. This page explains what information we collect when you visit, shop, or connect with Haüs of Knefertiti, and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order details. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you contact us: your name, email address, and your message.
- When you join our email list: your email address.
- When you take the Fly Level Quiz: your answers, which we use to show your result. If you choose to get your FlyGirl Certified card, we also collect your first name and email address, along with your Fly Level, style profile, and the date you took the quiz. The quiz result itself is calculated in your browser. Your card image is created on your device and is not stored by us.
- When you RSVP to an event: your name, email address, and the event you're attending.
- When you shop in person: any contact details you choose to give us, such as for receipts or our guest list.
- Your Fly Bag: items you add to your bag are saved in your own browser so they're still there when you come back. This information stays on your device. The quiz also remembers in your browser which questions you have already seen so your next round feels fresh.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and support your orders
- To answer your questions
- To send event confirmations and details
- To email your FlyGirl Certified card link after you request it
- To send our newsletter, new arrivals, and private releases, if you signed up or ticked the box to hear from us when you got your card
- To tailor the pieces and messages we show you to your Fly Level, if you chose to hear from us
- To improve our collections and your experience
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the Haüs:
- Stripe, which processes payments
- Brevo, which sends our emails and manages our email list
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and helps us block bots and spam on our forms
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any of our emails.
- Your quiz is optional. You can take the quiz and see your result without giving us your name or email. Getting on our list from the quiz is a separate checkbox, and it is never required to get your card.
- Clear your Fly Bag and quiz history by removing items or clearing your browser data.
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you by emailing [email protected].
